Refunds or returns
If you wish to return any of our products, you must take into consideration the following:

Promotional or discounted items will NOT be returned.

Exchanges of products will always be made for the value that the customer paid.

Accessories, Underwear, Cosmetics and Fragrances do not have change.

It is important that the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the product must be in good condition and clean and with its original tags.

The products must not be used in order to make the exchange effective. Products will be subject to inventory availability.
- Personalized products will NOT be exchanged. These clothes are customized according to customer specifications, therefore, they cannot be returned.
Guarantee policies

Guarantee with sales invoice, gift certificate or providing the buyer´s e-mail is accepted within 90 days of purchase.

To address your guarantee claim, you must bring the product in good and clean conditions.

The product must not be modified or altered from its original condition.
After 90 days, no merchandise exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.

Returns through tns.us
If you wish to make the return through tns.us, within 90 calendar days after you have received the product, you must contact us through our contact form:

Once you have requested the return of your product you can choose between the following options:
*Electronic voucher or credit note to make a new purchase in tns.us (this VOUCHER will be valid for one year).
*Money back
Once the return request is filed with the necessary data for it, a date is scheduled for pickup by FedEx according to the day you can deliver the product to the carrier.
When you deliver the product to the carrier it must already be properly packaged.
You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your preference, however it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it can not be affected during the transportation process.
It is important that you consider that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good condition and clean and with its original tags.
The times for the return of the product, according to TNS policy, are as follows:
Electronic Voucher or credit note to make a new purchase in tns.us: it will be sent to your mail three working days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
Money back:

Through reversal of payment: 30 working days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
After verifying the condition of the product, TNS will have 3 business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria set forth herein to make the change for size or color and generate an Electronic Voucher to buy another product or refund the money (only applies to warranty claims or right of withdrawal).
When products do not meet the exchange and warranty policies?
Your product does NOT meet the criteria of our exchange policy and warranties do:

The product is modified or altered from its original condition.

The garment is damaged from wear or washing.

Accessories, underwear, cosmetics and fragrances cannot be exchanged, nor the garments in our SALE section.
We will inform you with an email the reason why the exchange or warranty is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
