TNS ships to a large part of the United States through the FedEx carrier, which guarantees safety and coverage for your purchase to arrive at the desired address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will be informed when selecting the destination city in the purchasing process and will begin counting from the confirmation of payment, which will depend on the payment method used.

At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email confirmation. To check the status of your purchase, you can visit tns.us/account in the dashboard section, where the purchase history with its status will appear.

You should take into account that:

  • Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, landslides, traffic, and other contractual novelties reported by FedEx.

  • The product may be received and inspected by any adult residing or present at the delivery location, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will suffice

Shipping Cost

  • The shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the origin, destination, weight, and volume of the package.

  • This value will be calculated in the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of order settlement, before you make the payment.

  • The shipping cost of the purchased merchandise may vary without prior notice, according to the commercial conditions of our logistics operators and/or courier companies, increases or variations beyond TNS's control.

  • Shipments are made from the main warehouse, located in the city of Envigado, Antioquia.

  • The calculation is automatically performed by the carrier integrated with Shopify and will always be informed to you before you make your payment.
