For the care of this garment, we recommend washing it by hand at a maximum temperature of 40°C, avoid using bleach. Do not machine dry, wring, or squeeze. Lay it out in the shade. Ironing is not necessary. Do not dry clean or wet clean professionally.
How to get your measurements

With your arms relaxed at each side, wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, going under your arms.

Waist
Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pants, about 3 inches below your belly button.

With your feet together, wrap the measuring tape around the most prominent part of your hips.
