With your arms relaxed at each side, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, going under your arms.

Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pants, about 3 inches below your belly button.

Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pants, about 3 inches below your belly button.

Hip
Wrap the measuring tape around the most prominent part of your body, between the waist and knees. This is approximately 20 centimeters below your waist.
